All bookings done from the website are subject to the booking conditions. Please read the booking conditions with your invoice. The online bookings made here are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below.

We suggest you especially read the sections on pricing and use of third party data and carefully understand the potential effects these may have on completed bookings.

General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions mentioned below govern the use of this website and all the bookings made with Gateway Global Services Ltd. of 4 The Triangle, Tanner Street, Barking, IG11 8QA.

Any bookings made by you shall be considered an offer to purchase a corresponding flight, package, or holiday packages/offers. These shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions and, wherever appropriate, to the terms and conditions outlined by the concerned Airline or Hotel (End-Provider).

By agreeing to our (Primary-Provider) booking conditions and making payment, you agree to enter into a contract. You will receive a confirmation after the booking. By using this website, you agree to respect and bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Refrain from using this website if you are in disagreement with the Terms and Conditions. Gateway Global Services Ltd. is a UK-based company. The charges mentioned on the website are in Great Britain Pounds (GBP).

Checking Booking Details

Check your full itinerary before confirming and completing the booking. Verify your

requirements after you receive the booking confirmation email. Also, check the information mentioned in the email, like the passenger name, along with the title. Requests to change these details after the booking has been completed may result in amendment fees. In some cases, the amendment fee equals the cancellation fees.


Third-party data is used in pricing flights, hotels, and holidays. Cached data, along with other methods, is used by the third parties to obtain this information. There are chances that this data may become temporarily outdated. Therefore the offers on flights, hotels, and holidays are not available any more.

We make the best efforts to ensure that the data is correct, up-to-date, and accurate. Despite this, it may sometimes be impossible for us to honour the mentioned fares.

At times, technical errors occur. We reserve the right for cancellation of transaction related to a booking at an incorrect value.

Please Note: At least one traveller should be an adult (aged 18 or above) while travelling.

Flight Details

A flight shown as a direct flight may not necessarily be a non-stop flight.

All departure and arrival times are provided by the respective airlines, and they are at best estimates. They can change due to a variety of reasons. These reasons may include restrictions imposed by air traffic control, bad weather conditions, and operational requirements or

maintenance. However, the flights will never leave before the scheduled time, and the passengers are advised to check in before time.

It is not the liability of this website if any changes occur in the departure and arrival times, and they are no more the same as mentioned on your documentation or informed you previously.

Reconfirm the flights within 72 hours before the departure. We won't be able to make special or emergency arrangements if you make a delay. Such matters fall under the sole discretion of the concerned Airline.

We operate as agents of End-Providers with their own Terms and Conditions. This allows them to refuse a sale or service after it has been paid for. In such a situation, you can expect either of the following:

· Same service at a new price

· Different service

· Full refund

We will make all efforts to prevent this from happening. However, we cannot guarantee against it.


Compliance with the rules set by the air transport provider regarding the accompanying children is a must.

For children that will be older than two years on the date of return, there must both inbound and outbound tickets at the child fare. Failure of compliance with this rule will result in non-eligibility for a refund of seat charges taken during travel.

Children younger than two years shall not be allocated a seat. However, they can be allocated a seat if a child fare ticket is booked for them.

Children not accompanied by another elder and under the age of 16 years will only be carried according to the rules and restrictions set by the air transport provider for the same.

Baggage Allowance

Please note that many airlines do not offer free baggage carrying allowance any more. Some airlines may charge for baggage on some routes and fares. We have a list of [airline baggage links][hyperlink]. You may also contact our consultant to know whether you are entitled to baggage allowance or not.

Your agreement with these terms means that you have taken cognizance of the baggage allowance rules and charges and are willing to proceed.


We will mostly be issuing electronic tickets for air travel. We will email them to your address. The details mentioned on the receipt will be considered correct unless you inform us about their

incorrectness within 72 hours before takeoff.

You may need a visa, approvals, and other necessary documents to travel to the destination.

Carrying all the requisite documents is solely your responsibility. We advise you to check for such requirements before booking your trip. Contact the relevant Embassy's visa division and the passport office of your country to verify the visa requirements and confirm the validity of your passport.

Please note that some countries have an immigration policy according to which a passenger's passport is valid only for a specific duration after entering that country. This duration is usually six months.

If we are requested to do either of the following, we reserve the rights mentioned below.

1. Make modifications to tickets

2. Make modifications in Bookings

3. Reissue tickets

We reserve the right in either of the above requests to check the possibility of carrying out the requests, charge an administration fee, and pass on any extra costs incurred by us for the same.


Please note: We do not accept third party payments. The cardholder making the payment shall be a traveller. 

Full booking amount has to be paid at the time of booking any products or services. Successful payment for booking does not confirm the booking. You can pay by switch/Delta cards. We accept all major credit cards too.

You may be charged for making the booking payment with a credit card or charge card. In such cases, you will get the notification for the same, mentioning the charges.

We will pass on any charges incurred by us for your use of credit card or charge card.

Please note that all credit card charges will remain non-refundable.

We do verification after payment. This is done for the prevention of fraud and for the protection of the cardholder as well as ourselves. In case we require a document for confirming the address, we will inform you. We may also need a copy of the passport for verifying the identity of the card user. In both cases, we will require a prompt reply from your end.

Most airlines and destination do not ask for the submission of Advance Passenger Information or API. We have the right to request this information from passengers along with the passport copies so that we can do the verification for the Airline and the authorities.

Cancellation and No Shows

Please note that cancellation may be subject to the Terms and Conditions of the End-provider. However, we will try our best to help you in this regard. There may be instances where cancellation is not possible. Wherever cancellation is possible, it is subject to deduction of specific charges, administration fees, and sometimes penalties.

If you choose to cancel partial sectors of the itinerary, then the airlines may cancel all the sectors, and you will not get a refund for any sector and the whole of the itinerary or ticket. In such a scenario, where you cancel a portion of your itinerary or ticket, you will have to make alternative arrangements for travel at your own expenses. Neither the End-provider nor we will be liable for ensuring alternative arrangements in any way.

However, we will try to the best of our abilities to secure for you alternative travel arrangements.

In case there's a no-show by you for one or more sectors on your ticket or itinerary, then the airlines will cancel your ticket or itinerary entirely and for all sectors. If such a scenario occurs, you will require making alternative arrangements for travel at your own expenses.

Neither the End-provider nor we will be liable for ensuring alternative arrangements in any way. However, we will try our best to help you secure alternative travel arrangements.


We cannot make the refund to you until we receive the funds from the End-Provider. The usual waiting period for receiving the refunds is around ten weeks. All taxes may not be refundable. Some airlines include the fuel surcharge as tax and will not refund it. You can contact us to check the exact amount that you can expect to be repaid.

The following are non-refundable in all circumstances:

· Credit Card charges

· Charges for Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance

· Charges for Protection and Bonding levy

We charge a Service Fee when you make a booking with us.We will not be able to refund the Service Fee when you cancel the booking and request a refund. 

Warranties and Liability

The Primary-Providers or an End-Provider do not promise a warranty of any sorts for the website and its contents. The Primary-Providers or End-Providers do not promise a warranty for the completeness, accuracy, and reliability of any information, content, or data provided on the website. These parties do not take any responsibility for the following:

· Implied Warranties

· Warranty of Merchantability

· Warranty of Fitness for a Particular Purpose

· Warranty of Non-infringement

· Any other warranty that arises from statute or otherwise in law, including those arising from the course of dealing or trade.

The Primary-Providers acknowledge the fact that in some instances, data may be uploaded wrongly, which may include (but not limited to) fares, taxes, allocations. In case the data is incorrect, the Primary-Provider shall take the initiative of contacting you at the earliest and informing you about the error. When you are contacted, you will have the following options:

· Cancel the booking with a full refund.

· Opt for the service at the corrected price and particulars.

· Choose a different service. In this case, you will have to pay the additional amounts.

· In case the service you had earlier opted for is no longer available, and you may choose a different service by paying the additional amount.

The Primary-Provider is in no way responsible for or liable for damages to your system or viruses creeping into your system on accessing and using the website, including the downloading of any text, audio/visual, images, files, or any other data, or using the services of the website.

Under no circumstances will the Primary-Provider or End-Provider be liable for injury, damage, or loss.

This includes (but not limited to) exemplary, punitive, incidental, consequential or indirect damages, including loss of savings and/or profits. Such damages may be based on contract, strict liability, and tort or otherwise, and may arise in connection with any of the following:

· Use of the website or any of its contents and features.

· Any failure of function, failure to use any feature of website or delay in reservations, bookings, and ticketing.

· The non-performance by the End-Provider even when they have been made aware of the potential damages it may cause to them or any other related party.

In case the Primary-Provider or the End-Provider is found liable for any damage or loss, then the liability shall not exceed £100.00 in any way.

It is the Primary-Provider's discretion, besides other rights available to it, to restrict, cancel, or terminate access to one or more components of the website without any notice and without any liability.

It is your responsibility to defend and indemnify any of the Primary-Provider or End-Provider, including (but not limited to) their staff, agents, officers, directors, and managers from any claim, or action or demand that includes (but not limited to) legal and accounting fees that is brought by any End-Provider because of your use of this website that does not strictly comply with these Terms and Conditions.

The links provided on the website are solely for the purpose of easing the finding of more relevant information and adding convenience to the website use. These links shall not be considered as endorsing the contents on any of the End-Provider's websites. 

The Primary-Provider or the End-Provider shall not be held liable for contents presented on any other linking website or its pages. They do not promise any warranty regarding the third-party websites or their contents and features. If you choose to access and use the linking third-party websites, you will do that entirely at your own risk.


Any contracts with Primary-Providers and all the matters arising due to them are subject to English Law and will be under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If a person makes a booking on behalf of a party, then that person accepts the Terms and Conditions on behalf of all the members of that party besides being responsible for making the payment for the booking for all members of that party.

The rights, duties and obligations are non-transferable. You cannot assign, delegate, subcontract or convey the rights, duties and responsibilities.

The Primary-Provider shall be free to modify the Terms and conditions. Your use of the website and its services shall be contingent upon the Terms and Conditions operating and in force at the time of your use of the website.

In case any provision or a portion of the Terms and Conditions are found illegal, unenforceable or invalid, then the remaining provisions and the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall still remain in force.

These Terms and Conditions, besides any other referred or incorporated such Terms and Conditions, make the entirety of the agreement between the Primary-Provider and the user (you) in relation to the subject matter covered here. These Terms and Conditions override all previous agreements, both oral and written, with regard to the subject matter. They can only be amended

in writing by the Primary-Provider and made available on the website. These Terms and Conditions may be revised, and it is your responsibility to check for the latest updates.   


For complaint relating to travel arrangements or service by an End-Provider, you shall contact the appropriate End-Provider. The Primary-Provider will in no way be responsible for any loss incurred by you in such circumstances.

In case you are unable to find a satisfactory solution to your problem, then the Primary-Provider may extend assistance to resolve the issue. However, this will be at its discretion.

Please make sure to email us or write to us within28 days. Provide all details regarding your complaint and the concerned End-Provider, including a copy of the report that you must have received and the booking reference number.  

The aforementioned constitutes in entirety the liability of the Primary-Provider and its obligations in case of a claim by you with the Primary-Provider acting as a Booking Agent.

Please note that the Terms and Conditions of the End-Provider, whose services are a component of the booking, will apply between you and the End-Provider when you make a booking. These Terms and Conditions of the End-Provider may exclude, restrict or limit the liability depending upon its country/region or international conventions.
