Why did you connect and informed me there is an issue with the fare charged?

We always get information from providers and third-party companies, and it expresses information about individual airlines. This information may change due to the 'caching of data.' The third parties and the airlines have a provisional copy so that they can offer instant information. When this information isn't updated, then it might create a problem. This information deals with third parties, and we don't have control over them. Such a situation gives rise to an issue where you might find your booking out of date or incorrect. When we come across this situation, we immediately inform the third parties. However, they cannot update their systems quickly. So to deal with such a situation, we have two options:

1. Book again at the same price with a new itinerary

2. Book a new itinerary (the same way we can get it).

Why can't I get my refund amount to my card immediately?

When we come across an issue with your booking process, and then offer you the refund amount. Please go through the Refund section of the Terms and Conditions to know more about the refund process. It may about ten weeks for the refunded amount to reach your account. It happens due to the card transactions process, and this is something we don't have control over. Once you make a payment to us, we receive the information on receiving funds. Later, on the same day, generally at midnight, your amount is settled – it means the money will come out of your account. If we decide to cancel this authorization, we won't receive any amount from your end. It happens this process won't move forward towards the settlement process. Once we allow the authorization process, the amount remains in your account for the next 72 hours (even in the case of the amount reversed immediately). This time ultimately depends on the bank process, and this is again something we don't have control over. So we don't receive any amount from your end in such a case. Unfortunately, it will affect the balance in your account until this authorization process gets over.

Is it possible to make a change or cancel my flight?

There are many cheap tickets; however, they are non-refundable. It means you can lose your money if you go for a cancel option. A few tickets are changeable, but there is some amount you need to make a change. Most restrictive tickets are non-changeable. If you wish to change them, you'll need to cancel them and then rebook.

May I know the refund policy?

Refunds are not possible unless we receive the payment from the specific airline. You can expect a delay of 8-10 weeks. You can read more in the Refund section of the Terms and Conditions.

What is the payment process for a trip?

We only accept credit cards (Including MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) and debit cards.

What is the check-in time before departure?

The time may vary as per the specific airline and destination (you can check with them); however, usually, it is:

  • International flights –at least 3 hours before departure
  • European destinations –at least 2 hours before departure
  • Domestic –at least one hour earlier before departure

Could you please tell us about the codeshare flight?

Some airlines sell seats on flights and don't operate on their own. And they get their flight number; however, someone else operates the flight. So when it is possible, we inform when any other carrier operates the flight. When you check in at the airport, you get all the details like flight numbers and the code shared.

Could you please tell us about an e-ticket?

An e-ticket is an electronic ticket; now, airlines provide an e-ticket rather than a paper ticket.

  • You won't miss or forget it.
  • You get it immediately, and you don't need to wait to receive it.
  • At some airports, you have the option to check-in by using check-in machines, and you don't need to stay in a queue.

What are the guidelines that need to follow to enter the US as per the Waiver scheme?

According to the waiver scheme, customers who wish to travel need to apply for an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) before travelling.

It's necessary for UK passport holders and various other countries. To apply online, you have to visit https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov, or you can call our reservation team if you need any help.
